To provide a device for working fine recessed part capable of relieving the impact that a tool receives from a work by minimizing the inclination of the fine recessed part formed by the tool, and also to provide a method for working a fine recessed part.
The device for working fine recessed part is equipped with the fine recessed part working tool having a projecting part, an elastic part, a movable part, and a mounting part, a tool support member for freely slidably supporting the tool, a loading application means for bringing the tool into pressurized contact with the work, and a load/displacement detecting means of the tool. The device is equipped with the fine recessed part working tool 10 having the projecting part, the elastic part, the movable part, and the mounting part, the tool support member 11 for freely slidably supporting the tool 10, a tool holder 10 for freely rotatably supporting the tool 10, the loading application means 14 for bringing the tool 10 into pressurized contact with a circumferential surface, a rotational driving means for rotating the tool holder, the tool load detecting means 14.5, and the displacement detecting means 15. The method for working fine recessed part comprises heating/cooling a fine recessed part forming area prior to forming the fine recessed part.
