PURPOSE: To minimize the clogging and shutdown with respect to the mixing and dispensing device of the packing foamed bodies, etc., by rapidly cleaning a support and a fluid conduit incorporated in a mixing chamber without disconnecting an adjustment rod from a control means.

CONSTITUTION: Relating to the device for mixing a polyol forming a packing foamed body or a liq. org. resin and an isocyanate and dispensing the mixture, for example, the device consists of a support 1, a mixing chamber 4 connected to the support 2 stationarily and releasably, a movable adjusting means 11 set in the mixing chamber 4 and adjusting the amt. of fluid to be introduced into the chamber through conduits 12 and 13 and a control means 6 for controlling the adjusting means. The movable adjusting means 11 is inseparably connected to the control means 6 which is also movable. Meanwhile, when the control means 11 is made movable with respect to an independent of the support 4 along with the mixing chamber 4, the inlet conduits 12 and 13 are easily detached and cleaned.
