Abstract:
To provide technical means, in the production of fresh concrete mixed with hollow microspheres, capable of making quality stability and economical efficiency compatible in a preferable level.SOLUTION: A hollow microsphere mixing device comprises a hollow microsphere suction nozzle 11, a suction tube 12, a discharge tube 14 and a pump 13. The hollow microsphere suction nozzle 11 comprises a cone-shaped insert part 111 having a suction port at a tip, and a pipe-shaped closing part 112. The closing part 112 is attached round the suction tube 12 in the vicinity of a bottom face of the insert part 111, and is moved along a direction of the suction tube 12, thus a top surface thereof is installed so as to be attached/detached to/from the bottom face of the insert part 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
