PURPOSE: To prevent production of non-conforming articles and preclude articles to be damaged in the sampling inspection by increasing pressing forces, paper temperature, and the amount of glue, and decreasing the speed of the machine for enhancing the initial adhesive strength in the case where the output signal value representing the initial adhesive strength of a function software is smaller than a predetermined lower limit.
CONSTITUTION: When the initial adhesive strength F1 of a calculated output signals becomes larger than the initial adhesive strength Fcr of a predetermined lower limit, F1 is recorded. In the case where F1 is lower than Fcr, an alarm is given and the signals E of pressing forces are sent to pressing rollers by a computer 30 for pressing. With regard to paper temperature and paper moisture, signals F, G, H, I are given to respective preheaters 2, 3, 12 for raising and controlling temperature. In addition, regarding to the amount of glue, it is increased by signals H, K to the glue machine, and the machine speed can be set by the computer 30 and also can be varied directly. In changing a parameter, the pressing degree, paper temperature, amount of glue, and the speed of a machine are changed by 2.5% at the same time, and if not satisfying F1>Fcr, it is changed by 10% and continued up to satisfy F1>Fcr.
