In the device, a product chuck A1 is made into a chuck-released state in a state where resistance is given to the movement of a support plate 5, the heel of a slide part 8 is pressed forward with the product chuck A1, thus the slide part 8 progresses, so as to open the chuck body 6 and to release the chuck, the product chuck A1 is separated from the slide part 8, and the pressing to the slide part 8 is released, thus the slide part 8 is made to retreat by the energization force of an energizing means, and the chuck body 6 is closed, so as to chuck the insert fitting.
