A negative pressure regulating valve unit 10 capable of selectively adjusting the degree of vacuum is disposed in suction port units 201 and 202, the suction port units are connected with right and left telescopic driving units through a connection rod 11, and a connecting means is regulated so that relative position relation of the telescopic driving units in the direction parallel with the moving direction of the device does not change. The suction port units are provided with two kinds of wheels, namely a wheel having a rotating shaft parallel with the moving direction of the device and a wheel having a rotating shaft orthogonal to the moving direction, and the two kinds of wheels are selectively pressed on the object face in response to the device form every time series when the device performs the steering operation.
