PURPOSE: To make it possible to recover an oil excellent in transparency and reusable as lubricating oil by reheating a separated and recovered oil to 410-500°C and then cooling it to liquefy in a process for separating and recovering oil and inorganic substances from an oil-containing powder of various inorganic substances.
CONSTITUTION: A process for separating and recovering oil and inorganic substances from an oil-containing powder of various inorganic substances, which comprises putting an oil-containing material into a first heating chamber 3 through a charge port 1 and heating said material with a heating burner 8; liquefying an oil evaporated at 400-500°C from said material in a first liquefying tube 4; allowing the liquefied oil to flow into a second heating chamber 5, where it is reheated to 410-500°C to evaporate; liquefying the evaporated oil in a second liquefying tube 6 and allowing the liquefied oil to flow into an oil collecting chamber 11; reusing the liquefied oil as lubricating oil, while sending a part of it to the heating burner 8; and discharging the inorganic substances remaining on the bottom of the first heating chamber 3 through an outlet 10.
