To provide a cooling/intake device for an outboard motor capable of efficiently cooling an engine cover interior.
A cooling/intake device 50 for an outboard motor is provided with a cooling opening 26 capable of guiding air from an upper part of an engine cover 24 into an interior 40; a first cooling intake passage 63 communicated with the cooling opening 26 and opened with a first outlet 65 in an upper front end 24d; a partition 81 provided facing a roughly vertical direction below the outlet 65; and a second cooling intake passage 83 extended in a roughly vertical direction along a rear wall 24c of the engine cover 24 in the rear of the partition 81. The cooling/intake device 50 is composed to guide air guided into the interior 40 of the engine cover 24 from the cooling opening 26 to a throttle body 42 via the second cooling intake passage 83.
