Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for holding/cutting a paper roll allowing a user to easily draw out the paper roll and to securely cut the paper roll.
SOLUTION: The device comprises a paper roll support part 59 provided on one ends of oscillation links 53 and 53, and a pressure member 57 provided at the oscillation links 53 and 53, facing the outer peripheral surface of the paper roll R, for pressing the outer peripheral surface of the paper roll R when the paper roll support part 59 is pressed in a direction of approaching the paper roll R. Accordingly, as a release-side end F of the paper roll is drawn out via a first guide roller 49 and the outside of the paper roll support part 59, and the release-side end F of the rolled paper is drawn in a direction of approaching the outer peripheral surface of the paper roll R, the pressure member 57 is pressed on the outer peripheral surface of the paper roll R and the rotation of the paper roll R is fixed. After that, the paper roll R can be cut by drawing the release-side end F of the paper roll R.
