PURPOSE: To obtain a folding/discharging device that puts a connected small bag, folded automatically and surely, in a small-bag receptacle, by detecting the plurality of small bags connected together, and by providing a means for folding along a connecting part by pressing and a control means for them.

CONSTITUTION: A main body 1 is provided with three guide rollers 3, 4 and 5 that guide a series of small bags 2 to send, and the small bags in which powder or liquid soup, etc., are sealed are connected in a line via connecting parts serving as sealing parts. The series of small bags whose contents are expanded in the lower part by a vibrator 8 are passed through a deflection preventing roller 11, a cutting-position detector 12 and a feed roller 3, and are cut into two-connected small bags by a cutting part 14 situated below the roller 13, and also they are perforated by a cutter 18a. Below the cutter 18a is an inclined chute 20 for causing the two-connected small bags to fall onto a product container 22, and the two-connected bag is folded into two along the connecting part by means of a small-bag sensor 23, in the vicinity of the chute, and small-bag butting/folding means 24, 25 and 26.
