Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the positioning to a working part while shifting a plate material to a y-axis direction and an x-axis direction by directly shifting a y-axis movable member to the y-axis direction while guiding with a y-axis guide and directly shifting an x-axis movable member to the x-axis direction while guide-supporting with an x-axis guide.
SOLUTION: An x-axis shifting base 47 and a work clamper 85 are integrally shifted with the y-axis movable members 15R, 15L to the x-axis direction by directly shifting each y-axis movable member 15R, 15L to the y-axis direction while guide-supporting with the y-axis guide by synchronizely driving one pair of y-axis linear motors 11R, 11L. Further, the work clamper 85 is integrally shifted with the x-axis movable member 55 to the x-axis direction by directly shifting the x-axis movable member 55 to the x-axis direction while guide- supporting with the x-axis guide 49 by driving an x-axis linear motor 51. Therefore, the plate material W clamped with plural work clampers 85 is shifted to the y-axis and the x-axis directions and can be positioned to the working part 5.
