PURPOSE: To quickly and accurately stop a truck in predetermined position, by combining a ball type indicator means with wheel stop members fitted with rear wheel detector means.

CONSTITUTION: A stop positioner 5, which has a pair of right and left wheel stop members 7 fitted at right or left end with rear wheel detector means 9 consisting of a casing of trapezoidal cross section and a pair of terminal plates 9 and has an indicator means 10 made of a lamp 11 fitted with a ball 12, is prepared. The right and left wheel stop members 7 are placed in parallel with each other in stop position on a road 6. The indicator means 10 is set up on the road 6 in front of the stop position of removable container truck 1. After the right and left rear wheels come into contact with the right and left rear wheel detector menas 9, the lamp 1 is lighted on. The truck is accurately positioned in the front-to-rear direction by the wheel stop members and in the right-to-left direction by the rear wheel detector means 9 and the indicator means 10
