Abstract:
To prevent generation of a defective casting skin caused by the slag mixed with molten metal during centrifugal casting.
A casting device is configured such that the molten metal 3 in a casting ladle 4 is supplied into a mold for centrifugal casting through a chute 5. The casting ladle 4 is constituted so that the molten metal is supplied toward the chute 5 from the opening/closing gate 12 position at lower side than the surface of the molten metal 3 in the casting ladle 4.
