PURPOSE: To permit pouring to a distant point and to prevent oxidation of a molten metal by vertically moving the molten metal surface in a gaseous pressure chamber to supply the molten metal to a measuring and feeding means, measuring the volume of the molten metal necessary for a metallic mold and transferring the molten metal to the position of the prescribed metallic mold through a transfer path.
CONSTITUTION: A cylinder constituting body 12 in the measuring and feeding means 10 is set at the lowermost part and a measuring piston 14 is set at the measuring position where the prescribed volume of the molten metal is attained by a means 13 for lifting the measured molten metal as well as a cylinder part 12b and piston 15 for press-feeding of the molten metal. A selector valve 30 is set at a pressure release side in this state and a gas cylinder 31 side is closed by a selector valve 30 which is in turn opened to a gas supplying and discharging pipe 2b side. The molten metal 3 flows through a filter 2a into the gaseous pressure chamber 2 when the pressure of the inert gas in the upper part of the molten metal surface 3B in the chamber 2 is reduced. The surface 3B rises and the molten metal of the volume necessary for the metallic mold 20 flows from an aperture B where a molten metal pipeline 4 is connected to an outside cylinder 11 into the recess 12a of the measuring vessel and atop measuring piston 14 of the set inside cylinder constituting body 12.
