Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sense of incompatibility and a feeling of fear to a patient, and improve beautiful appearance in outward appearance by eliminating contact with the patient by lead wires of a dental diagnostic instrument to measure a length of the root canal of the patient or measure a depth of a diverticulum or the like, and reducing wire exposed outside from a treatment stand.
SOLUTION: First and second pin jacks 15 and 16 and first and second connectors 17 and 18 are arranged on a medical care stand 4 where a back board 3 is arranged on a legless chair 2 on which a patient 13 is seated so as to be freely tiltable, and these pin jacks 15 and 16 and connectors 17 and 18 are electrically connected to each other in the medical care stand 4 by first to third lead wires 19, 20 and 21. A pin plug 42 of a detecting means 34 is connected to either one of the first and second pin jacks 15 and 16, and a connector plug 32 of a display unit 29 is connected to either one of the first and second connectors 17 and 18, and a depth measuring probe 37, an oral cavity electrode 40 and the display unit 29 are electrically connected to each other thereby.
