Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prepare a film scroll by accurately positioning a spool along a film insertion angle position by simple process and constitution.
SOLUTION: A film scroll preparation device is provided with a lock port posture setting station ST2 for setting up the lock port 20a of a spool 16 to posture included in a prescribed angle range. A film insertion station ST3 is provided with a lock port positioning mechanism 92 for positioning the lock port 20a along the film insertion angle position by positioning the spool 16 before inserting a long film F, and the long film F is inserted into the lock port 20a of the positioned spool 16.
