Abstract:
PURPOSE: To print a square sample expressing different kinds of cloths.
CONSTITUTION: The data required for preparing a square sample are inputted by using a keyboard 7 and a tablet 8. A thread expression calculating part 12 calculates the number of dots to be expressed at a color printer 6, and a division processing part 13 divides the respective areas of warp and weft into plural areas, each area corresponding to one dot. A grandrelle yarn expression formation part 14 generates the expression data on grandrelle yarn from the inputted color and direction of the yarn. Since a logical arithmetic part 16 calculates a color mask prepared by a color mask preparing part 15 and the expression data on the grandrelle yarn, a certain color is extracted, that color is passed to the printer and the surface pattern of the square sample is printed.
