Abstract:
To provide a device for preserving a dead body in a coffin capable of preserving a dead body accommodated in a general coffin in a non-frozen state.SOLUTION: A device 1 for preserving a dead body in a coffin includes a control unit 10 placed outside a coffin CK, a unit 20 for forming an environment inside the coffin, which can be put into the coffin CK and taken out of it, and a cold insulator 30. The control unit 10 includes an electric field control device 12, and the unit 20 for forming an environment inside the coffin includes static electricity discharge means 22, and sterilization and deodorization means 23. The cold insulator 30 is put into the coffin CK so as to keep the temperature of the inside of the coffin CK in the range of -5 to 0°C. By driving the electric field control device 12, static electricity is discharged from the static electricity discharge means 22 into the coffin CK so as to form an electric field in the coffin CK, thereby preserving the dead body in the coffin CK in a non-frozen state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
