To obtain a device for press-bending, with which excessive press bending in one direction and press-unbending to the inverse direction are consecutively performed in the large radius bending of an extruded aluminum alloy shape.
The device includes: a press-bending die 7; a set of first supporting rollers 6, 6; a hydraulic cylinder 13 for moving the press-bending die 7 vertically; press-unbending dies 9, 9; a set of second supporting rollers 8, 8 and a hydraulic cylinder 14, and the press-bending 7 and the press-unbending dies 9, 9 are arranged vertically and opposingly. After the press-bending of the extruded aluminum alloy shape 1 is performed with the press-bending die 7 and the first supporting rollers 6, 6, the press-unbending is performed with the press-unbending dies 9, 9 and the second supporting rollers 8, 8. By reducing the residual stress generated on a bent product, stress corrosion cracking is prevented.
