Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise generated by a clutch disk when a pressing machine is in idling operation.
SOLUTION: Each of clutch disks 9 is formed into a quadrant, and a side plate arranged between the neighboring clutch disks 9 is mounted on a flywheel 7 so as to be in contact with the clutch disks 9. Both side faces of the clutch disk 9 define a press surface which has a tapered surface. During idling operation, the press surface rotates while being urged against a contact surface formed on a side face of the side plate. A guide pin 13 having a collar 13a and being fixed to the flywheel 7 is inserted into the clutch disk 9. Between the clutch disk 9 and the flywheel 7, a dish-shaped spring 14 through which the guide pin 13 passes is mounted to urge the clutch disk 9 in a direction opposite to the flywheel 7.
