Title:
DEVICE FOR PREVENTING BREAKAGE OF WING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3050360
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To preliminarily prevent wings from being brought into contact with other object and broken by providing a pressure sensitive sensor to output the pressure sensing signal by sensing the pressure on the upper surface of the wing which is arranged on a loading space of a truck or the like in an openable/closable manner and elevatable manner, and actuating an alarm by the output.
CONSTITUTION: When a switch 38 for elevating wings of a switch to open/close the wings is opened, the power from a battery 32 is supplied to a motor 28, and a pair of right and left wings 20, 22 which are pivotably supported on each side of a supporting frame provided at the center part of the loading space of a truck are elevated when the motor 28 is driven, and the sides of the loading space are opened. When the wings 20, 22 are brought into contact with other object in this elevating process, pressure sensitive sensors 24, 26 detect this to output the pressure sensing signal, and an alarm device 44 is actuated to generate the alarm. Because an electromagnetic relay 42 is actuated to open a relay switch 40, the elevation of the motor 28 is stopped. This constitution preliminarily prevents the breakage of the wings.
