Abstract:

To provide a device for preventing failure to perform inspection for items of an elevator capable of maintaining the quality of the elevator by securely preventing the failure to perform the inspection for the items.

This device comprises an inspection item storage part 21 storing the plurality of inspection items of the elevator 2, a dedicated terminal 3 for inputting inspection results for the inspection items, an inspection result storage part 23 storing the inspection results, an inspection failure determination part 22 comparing each inspection item with each inspection item and determining that inspection failure is present when an inspection item for which the inspection results are not inputted is present, and an elevator control means 24 prohibiting the operational action of the elevator 2 when the determination part determines that the inspection failure is present.
