To provide a device for preventing invasion of small animals into an automobile road which has a high degree of freedom of installation, has a long useful life, and can be constructed easily at a low cost.

An elastic net body 1 is attached from the lower part of an existing entry prevention fence 2, installed on a boundary of an automobile road, to the ground. The elastic net body 1 is bent almost perpendicularly to form a standing part 1a and a skirt part 1c. Arbitrary points of the standing part 1a are fixed to furring strips 7 of the entry prevention fence 2 with fittings, such as a binding bands 4 or the like, to let the skirt part 1c fall and lie down, elastically energizing the skirt part 1c to abut against the ground 8. The standing part 1a prevents small animals from directly invading the road from a space between the entry prevention fence 2 and the ground 8, and at the same time, the skirt part 1a makes it difficult that the small animals dig a tunnel in the ground from the vicinity of the entry prevention fence 2 to pass through, thereby preventing their invasion to the automobile road.
