Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent involving hot air of a radiator with a simple structure by mounting one edge of a seal member formed by a plate-shaped elastic body inside of a side face of a car body, and connecting the other edge with a connecting member mounted on a fan shroud mounted on the radiator.
SOLUTION: A radiator 3 is mounted at a right side of an engine room E which is installed at the rear part of a car body, and a fan shroud 7 is mounted in the downstream side of the radiator 3 through the seals 5, 5 made of sponge and mounted around the fan shroud. On this occasion, a connecting member 8 totally having the U-shaped section is fixed to the left and right side faces of the fan shroud 7, a compartment wall 9 to the engine, is inserted into a groove 8a of the connecting member 8, and one edge of a seal rubber 10 formed by a longitudinally shaped rubber plate with the other edge fixed to a channel-shaped mounting member 12 which is mounted on a side face 1 of the car body, is fitted in the groove 8a, whereby the involving of the hot air to a suction side of the radiator can be prevented.
