Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card misinsertion preventing device 21 capable of preventing the misinsertion of a card 11 in the width and thickness of the end part of the card 11 in an inserting direction by simple constitution.
SOLUTION: A body part 22 has a card insertion part 24 into which a card 11 having regular width and thickness on the end part of the card 11 in the inserting direction is inserted. A width regulation part 29 for allowing the insertion of the card 11 of the regular width and regulating the insertion of a card whose width is narrower than the regular width is integrally formed on the body part 22. A thickness regulation part 39 for allowing the insertion of the card 11 of the regular thickness and regulating the insertion of a card whose thickness is thinner than the regular thickness is integrally formed on the body part 22. Thus the misinsertion of the card 11 can be prevented in both the width and thickness of the end part of the card 11 in the inserting direction by the integral structure of the width regulation part 29 and the thickness regulation part 39.
