A disk 6 is arranged at the side of the cylinder 4, and also a thrust bearing 14 is attached to an end of a driven table side turning roll 10 for placing the cylinder 4. An outer periphery of the disk 6 is brought into abutment with the thrust bearing 14, thereby preventing the movement of the cylinder 4 in the axial direction.
