Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent reduction in ion in decomposing ozone by installing an ionizing chamber and an ozone decomposing chamber electrically isolated from an air passageway in the air passageway for sending a gas taken by a blower.
CONSTITUTION: An ionizing chamber 23 and an ozone decomposing chamber 28 are installed in an air passageway 22 for sending a gas 1 taken by a blower 21. Ozone contained in the gas 27 ionized by the ionizing chamber is decomposed by the ozone decomposing chamber, removed and an ionized gas 30 not containing ozone is released to a space. The ozone decomposing chamber is electrically insulated from the air passageway by a dielectric material 29 and ion will not recombine in the ozone decomposing chamber.
