Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent an electrodeposition paint soln. from being secondarily dripped from a gap opened in the surface of a material to be coated onto a beautiful coating film leveled by the normal dripping of the electrodeposition paint at the time of baking the electrodeposition coating film of the material in a drying furnace. CONSTITUTION:The suction port 6 of a vacuum hose 5 is firmly held to the surface of a material 1 wherein a gap to be infiltrated with an electrodeposition paint soln. is opened to suck out the paint soln. in the gap, and the paint soln. sucked out of the gap and deposited on the surface of the material 1 is cleaned off by a shower device.
