PURPOSE: To ensure easy removal of a lump of snow adherent in an actuating region of moving parts, taking advantage of elastic deformation, by arranging an elastic deformation material pressed as the moving parts are actuated at a predetermined position of fixed parts in the actuating region of the moving parts.

CONSTITUTION: For a moving part of a car, for example, a transmission linkage 2, an articulated shaft 23 is held between each of brackets 21, and 22, that are fixed to a cross member 11 and a side member 12, respectively. Upper- and center-select arms 25, 27, and upper- and center shift arms 29, 31 are held in the articulated shaft 23. An elastic deformational material 4 is installed intermediately between the cross member 11, one of fixed parts, and the center shift arm 31, one of moving parts. Through driving operation accompanied by the pulling of the center shift arm 31, the elastic deformational material is pressed and deformed in the elasticity. In this way, a lump of snow adherent inside the cross member 11 is crushed to pieces and thus removed away.
