Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for surely preventing a tire wheel from slipping- off even if the tire wheel is not fixed to a tire wheel mounting drum.
SOLUTION: An inner cylinder 3 fitted on a hub 2 projected from a drum 1 on which a wheel is mounted has an outer diameter which is larger than an inner diameter of a tire wheel and support holes 4 at positions corresponding to recessed parts 5 on the outer peripheral surface of the hub 2 and a stopper block 6 engaged with the recessed part 5 is removably supported by each support hole 4. The stopper block 6 projects its top surface from the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 3 when it is engaged with the recessed part 5 and the inner diameter of an outer cylinder 7 fitted on the inner cylinder 3 equals the outer diameter formed by the stopper blocks 6 and the outer cylinder 7 has slipping-off preventing members 20 which engage with the stopper blocks 6 to prevent itself from slipping-off when it is fitted on the inner cylinder 3.
