PURPOSE: To enable a laminated tissue paper strip to be accurately taken out from above by forming a frame of two parallel longitudinal bars and cross bars, providing projections on four corners of the frame, mounting two cross bars respectively to both side longitudinal bars, bending downward the central portion longitudinal bar to form a bottom and providing a wide opening in the central portion.

CONSTITUTION: A double-dispensed tissue paper preventing device 1 is constituted of a frame 2 and cross bars 3, 4. The frame 2 is provided on both left and right sides with two cross bars 3, 4 spaced a predetermined internal from each other respectively parallel to a cross rod 7b, and a wide opening 8 is formed, in the central portion of the frame 2, of cross bars 4 and longitudinal bars 7a. The longitudinal bars 7a of the frame 2 are respectively on the central portions bent downward in step form to form bottoms 5 lower than both sides. This device is mounted on a collapsed laminated tissue paper 16 received in a receiving body 9 of a heat insulator. The uppermost tissue paper 16 is adapted to pass under the cross bars 3, 4 on one side, and the upper end is inserted between a pair of elastic sandwiching valves 17 to be pressed so that the paper can be sequentially taken out of the heat insulator for use.
