A device for producing a carbonate spring for a simple bathing includes: a dissolution/agitation device body including a dissolution tank located on a hot-water surface; and a submerged pump connected to the undersurface thereof and located in a bath water, and used for dissolving/agitating a powder-like constituent of an alkaline constituent or an acidic constitutent, wherein a powder-like alkaline constituent or a powder-like acidic constituent entered in an inner surface of a metal mesh-like strainer in the dissolution tank is respectively and separately dissolved/agitated by receiving a fountain flow ejected from the submerged pump for circulating and recycling hot water in the bath water, fallen into the bath by being formed into a solution-like form, and repeatedly circulated, recycled and diffused to gently come into contact with each other, and high-concentration carbon dioxide gas is continuously generated and maintained over a long time.
