Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject device capable of arranging the group of noodle filaments in an approximately constant length, dividing the group into portions comprising the constant number of noodle filaments and further suitably changing their cut length, when the noodle filaments such as spaghetti are extruded and produced from an extruder.
SOLUTION: This device 10 for producing extruded noodle filaments having a constant length is provided with a noodle filament extruder 12, the first cutter 18 for cutting the uneven tips 16 of a noodle filament group 14 extruded from the noodle filament extruder and hung, the second cutter 20 for cutting the tip-cut noodle filament group 14 in a prescribed length, and a selection means 26 for selectively taking out the noodle filament group 16 whose tips are cut with the first cutter 18 or the noodle filament group 24 cut with the second cutter 20 in the prescribed length. The noodle filament extruder 12, the second cutter 20, the first cutter 18 and the selection means 26 are disposed in the approximately vertical direction from the upper side to the lower side.
