Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for producing a metallic plate covered with resin by which in the case of extruding heated and melted resin from a T-die onto the metallic plate and using a coater roll to sandwich a molten resin film and the metallic plate and covering the metallic plate with the resin film, the melted resin film extruded from the T-die is prevented from causing a neck-in.
SOLUTION: In the device and the method for producing a metallic plate covered with resin, nip rolls 5 are provided between a T-die 2 and a coater roll 4. Both end parts 3a of a molten resin film extruded from the T-die 2 are sandwiched by the nip rolls 5, or, the rotation axis of the nip rolls 5 are made eccentric and both end parts 3a of the molten resin film are sandwiched by the nip rolls 5 and simultaneously the width of the molten resin film 3 on which neck-in has been caused is widened and neck-in is offset.
