Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce the discomfort odor of ozone gas when ozone water is used for the sterilization of limbs, and further, to reduce the power consumption of a pump worked for preventing the stagnation of a water flow in an electrolytic tank.SOLUTION: There is provided an ozone water production device as a set consisting of: an electrolytic tank 1; and a mixer refining the bubbles of an ozone gas in ozone water flowed out therefrom. Each of electrode assemblies 9,9,9 in an electrode unit 6 within the electrolytic tank 1 is tilted so as to be uniformized at a prescribed angle in the upper and lower directions. The mixer is made of: a mixing case bottom part; and a mixing case body. In the mixing case body, a water flow is made into a severe eddy current with an eddy current generation plate. By this eddy current, the bubbles of the ozone gas are sheared and fined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
