PURPOSE: To make continuously a large amount of plant cells into protoplasts without reducing activity of lytic enzyme by constituting the title device of a culture part for microorganisms of extracellularly producing lytic enzyme, a culture part for plant cells and a blending part for mixing both the culture solutions.

CONSTITUTION: A first culture part 1 for culturing microorganisms of extracellularly producing lytic enzyme, a second culture part 2 for culturing microorganisms or plant cells and a blending part 11 are fixed, a lytic enzyme- containing solution from the first culture part 1 and a culture solution containing the microorganisms or plant cells from the second culture part 2 are fed to the blending part 11 and mixed so that the lytic enzyme acts on the microorganisms or plant cells.
