To provide a device for producing a batch electrolytic methyl hypochlorite capable of producing sterilizing water having a low cost, a low running cost, highly electrolytic efficiency and no impurity by solving problems such as a short life of an electrode involving in the device for producing sterilizing water containing methyl hypochlorite, a high price of the device, a high running cost, low electrolytic efficiency and formation of the impurity by carrying out electrolytic oxidation of a chlorine ion solution.

The device for producing sterilizing water comprises a raw water storage tank, a batch electrolytic cell, two systems of pipes joining these and a liquid supply pump placed on the way of one pipe. By comprising likewise, the chlorine ion solution is injected into the batch electrolytic cell, after carrying out the electrolytic oxidation, raw water in the storage tank is returned to the electrolytic cell by the liquid supply pump, and the electrolytic oxidation is carried out to integrate with the raw water stored in the storage tank to be diluted, thereby producing the sterilizing water in batch having methyl hypochlorite as a component.
