PURPOSE: To provide a pull-out device, by which a work for engaging a pull-out jig with a tuyere, etc., is easily executed in a short time without needing pre- work for pulling out the tuyere in a blast furnace.
CONSTITUTION: The tuyere pull-out device 1 providing the pull-out jig 8 arranged on a truck 4 to be freely swung and engaging the inner peripheral surface of the tuyere by a circle movement with hydraulic power utilizing the principle of a lever is used. Then, the fixing of the pull-out jig 8 to the tuyere is easily executed in a short time with few workers so as to easily pull out the tuyere. That is, a hook type jig which is ordinarily used for the pull-out work of the tuyere is not used, but the pull-out jig 8 utilizing this principle is used and a cleaning work by melting the raw material with O2 before the pull-out work in order to form the hook type inserting part is saved and the reduction of the work and the shortening of the working time are obtd. and the pull-out work of the tuyere is easily executed with few workers.
