Title:
DEVICE FOR QUANTITATIVELY SUPPLYING CEMENT MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05208407
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent cement material from adhering and residing on the wall surface of a measure part, and thus enhance the quantitative accuracy by forming the measure part into a trapezoidal cross-section shape in a device in which cement material is received from the upper inlet of the measure part of a quantitative measure in order to be quantitated, and then supplied into a mold.

CONSTITUTION: A quantitative supplying device, which is attached to a molding machine such as press molding and like machines and supplies a predetermined quantity of cement material to a molding machine, includes a stirring vessel and a quantitative measure 5, and the quantitative measure 5 is provided for the purpose of receiving and determining cement material supplied from the opening part made on the bottom part of the stirring vessel. On the lower part of the quantitative measure 5, a shutter capable of being opened is provided. the inside surfaces of a measure part 5a of the quantitative measure 5 are formed so as to extend from the upper inlet 51 toward the lower outlet 52 at an inclination of 45≥ with respect to the horizontal direction. In this way, when the cement material is supplied from the lower outlet of a measure part 52a to a mold, weight acts in the separating direction from the wall surface, and thus the cement material never remains on the wall surface.
