Abstract:

To solve the problems that focusing on a display object is difficult and the displayed object cannot be recognized because of the quality of an image picked up from the display object when using a photographed object recognizing device for photographing a display object with a camera and recognizing the contents of the photographed image.

The photographed object recognizing device is provided with a picture state detection part 6 for deciding the image-formation state of an image depending on whether an image picked up with the camera can be recognized and information can be extracted therefrom. By displaying the image-formation state of the decided picture on a display 3, a user can confirm the image-formation state of the image obtained by photographing the display object.
