Title:
DEVICE FOR REDUCING SEDIMENT MOISTURE-CONTENT RATIO AND METHOD FOR REDUCING SEDIMENT MOISTURE-CONTENT RATIO
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017179789
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for reducing moisture content ratio of sediment having improved efficiency of reducing the moisture content ratio of sediment.SOLUTION: A sealing member 10a of a moisture content ratio reduction device 1a is attachable and detachable to/from a loading space VS of an automobile MV loaded with sediment SL from an opening OP, and air-tightly seals the sediment SL by being installed in the loading space VS such as an existing truck. A heating part 20 is attachable and detachable to/from the automobile MV, and heats the sediment SL with exhaust heat from an internal combustion engine EG of the automobile MV, and heats the sediment SL using the exhaust heat of the internal combustion engine EG of an existing truck. A decompression part 30 is attachable and detachable to/from the automobile MV, and decompresses an atmosphere which makes contact with the sediment SL, and lowers a boiling point of water contained in the sediment SL. A draining part 40 is attachable and detachable to/from the automobile MV, and discharges the water evaporated from the sediment SL to the outside, and lowers the moisture content ratio of the sediment SL. The moisture content ratio of the sediment SL is reduced during loading and transportation of the sediment SL by the existing automobile MV, and the efficiency of reducing the moisture content ratio of the sediment SL is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
