The device for reducing torsional vibrations is coupled to a front cover 5 in the fluid coupling 1 in which a drive side member 17 and a driven side member 18 are coupled via an elastic body 19 so as to be relatively rotatable, the drive side member 17 is coupled to an input shaft 2 and also the driven side member and the input shaft 2 are disposed on the same axis line. In the device for reducing torsional vibrations, the drive side member 17 and the driven side member 18 are coupled via a bearing 20 for relatively rotating the members while rotation center axis lines of the members are matched to each other.
