Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase energy-saving effect by generating power, when a vehicle is braked to charge batteries and use them at the time of acceleration.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with an alternator 4 driven by an engine and batteries 3, to which the power generated by this alternator 4 is supplied. Signal from a brake switch 11, which detects the braking operating of a vehicle, turns on the field coil 5a of the alternator 4 via a brake relay 12. Thus, when the vehicle is decelerated by braking, power is generated by the alternator 4 to charge the batteries 3.
