Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact device for releasing joints of a protective tube which makes it possible to remove a polyethylene tube with a simple operation.
SOLUTION: This device for releasing joints of a protective tube is made up of a polyethylene tube driving mechanism 30 and an opening holding device 40. The polyethylene tube driving mechanism 30 is structured in such a way as to be movable toward the front side in the axial direction of a first protective tube P'. The opening holding device 40, letting the male fitting part of the first protective tube P', which is caused to be put into a movable state by the polyethylene tube driving mechanism 30, face the female fitting part of a second protective tube P, holds the second protective tube P and simultaneously expands with elastic deformation the female fitting part of the second protective tube P.
