Abstract:
PURPOSE: To largely increase heating efficiency and to obtain rapid temp. rising with low electric power.
CONSTITUTION: Since a heater 1 is partly engaged with a groove in a heat insulating material 2, the heating efficiency of the heater 1 is improved, No member is present between the heater 1 and a tape fiber, the heater 1 directly faces to the tape fiber. Namely, a direct heating method for the tape fiber is used so that high temp. rising is obtd. with low electric power. Moreover, the heat pattern of the heater 1 is designed to cover almost all the area to remove the coating of the fiber, which realizes more efficient heating.
