To remove deposits from the bottom surface of a floating body such as a large ocean storage ship or a large scale floating structure without depending on natural energy such as wave motion.
The device for removing the deposits from the bottom surface of the floating body comprises a deposit remover driving device 2 having a transmission rope guide part 6 and transmission rope driving means and movable in the longitudinal direction of the floating body and a deposit remover 3 with a transmission rope 8 having a number of buoyant deposit removing tool 15 spaced from each other in the longitudinal direction, the deposit remover driving device 2 being installed over both side faces of the floating body 1 for reciprocating the deposit remover 3 set on the bottom surface of the floating body.
