PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an extracting operation for a locally blanking scrap in a cooperative action with a projecting and pressing piece in a removing disposal process for the blanking scrap and provide a return function capable of coping with a high speed operation by a simple structure.
SOLUTION: In a locally blanking scrap removing device to be used in a blanking process for a blank such as a carton from a sheet material, a blanking scrap receiving and supporting mechanism 10 fitted on a lower die 3 for removing the blanking scrap side opposed to a projecting and pressing piece 5 installed in an upper die 2 for removing blanking scrap is constituted of a blanking scrap receiving piece 16 in which a tip receiving part 17 is arranged so that it may be opposed to the projecting and pressing piece 5 end and is supported so as to rotatable downward in a required range and a supporting frame 11 capable of being fitted on the lower die 3 by providing space part 12 which pivotally supports and stores a base part of the blanking receiving piece 16. In the blanking scrap receiving piece 16, the tip receiving part 17 is projected from the supporting frame 11, a lower half part 16 is lengthened from the base part and the blanking scrap receiving piece 16 is kept at a fixed position after the blanking scrap removing operation by magnetic force between a front lower part of the supporting frame 11 and a front surface of the blanking scrap receiving piece lower half part.
