To surely remove the matter adhered to the bottom of anchored ships from board or land with a simple structure.
While observing, on a monitor, the matters to be removed focused by an underwater camera, a scraper linked to an electric vibrator is brought into contact with the bottom of a ship so as to vibrate the matters to be removed for removal.
