This connecting part repairing device of the manhole peripheral wall and the pipe of a manhole comprises the pipe respectively connected to the opposed manhole peripheral wall, an opening part of the pipe respectively oppositely exposed to the inner surface side of the manhole peripheral wall and an introducing passage formed in the invert of a manhole bottom part, and is characterized by having a holding member, a moving rod, a driving member and an invert cutting member arranged in the pipe of the opposed one side manhole peripheral wall, a rotary member, a vertically moving member and a laterally moving member.
