To reduce the number of harness in a device for rescuing a person confined to a car trunk.
When a trunk is closed, a trunk opening-closing switch 10 is actuated, a power supply circuit 21 is fed by a battery 80 through the trunk opening-closing switch 10, and a timer circuit 23 connects the power supply circuit 21 with a control circuit 24 for a specified time through a power supply cutting circuit 22 after receiving a regulator voltage from the power supply circuit 21. The control circuit 24 receives the regulator voltage from the power supply circuit 21 for a specified time after receiving the regulator voltage form the power supply circuit 21. The control circuit 24 starts and stops a rescuing operation depending on the start and stop of feeding to the control circuit 24. Accordingly, a harness for receiving a trunk opening-closing signal from a trunk lighting lamp is not necessary, thus reducing the number of the concerned hardness.
